API Request- Living World Episode unlock

Hi. It would be nice if the Guild Wars 2 API could permit unlock of Living Story content. If someone is not able to access his PC, he could use a smartphone app to unlock the episode.

Sure why not.. and then we will need API for harvest all nodes in home instance right?
