GW2Shinies API Updates

Hey guys,

I just wanted to let you all know that I will be updating the API urls to account for a CSV option as requested by several for this feature.

As such apis such as the following will change from:

http://www.gw2shinies.com/api/forge/24274

to

http://www.gw2shinies.com/api/json/forge/24274 for the JSON/JSONP option and
http://www.gw2shinies.com/api/csv/forge/24274 for the CSV dump file

This change will be in place in an hour or two from this posting.
