How often does the listings api update?

I’ve been watching the listings for Ancient Wood Planks in the v2/commerce/listings api, and it seems to update every 10-20 minutes. does anyone know the exact amount of time between listing updates?

Never mind. I think I got it. I wrote a python program that checks the listings every 30 seconds. the API seems to update every 19.5-20 minutes, which is close enough for me.
