How to find uncontested dungeons?

Hey, I want to make overlay which will check server where CoE/CoF isn’t contested, like this site doing. But I didn’t find how to find it in API. Maybe anyone know which events I should check for it? Thank you.

I have not tested them but I think these are the ones.
