Increasing mouse sensivity?

This is perhaps an old topic, but is there anyway to increase mouse sensitivity or camera rotation speed even further?

My display settings are set to Windowed Fullscreen, but I doubt that should make any difference.

You should probably do this in the OS, rather than in-game.
