Request: Update on v2 of API

Well, today’s feature post makes me wonder about the fate of the apps using the old trading post api methods (like gw2spidy and others). I’m guessing with the trading post update, there is a good chance the old method calls will start to break after the 9th.
There are a lot of apps that use v1 of the API and/or the old trading post methods. These apps have a nice following of GW2 players and further disruption with the API is not a happy thought.
It sure would be nice for a dev to step up and give us some clear information about v2 of the API which from the looks of it will have basic trading post details for apps as well.

I am not even sure if they even currently have anyone working on it at all. This forum has been deprived of red posts for far too long as is. :/
