Skill Damage Coefficients?

Is there a way to get skill damage coefficients via the API? It doesn’t come through from the Skills API, and I’m wondering if there’s a good way to pull it. Should I try to scrape it from the wiki instead? (I’m making a theorycrafting tool for mobile, and I want to be able to calculate damage based on equipment.)
