Status of Mini/Finisher Account APIs?

Hey guys,

I know it has been mentioned that you guys are putting out small fires before returning to new API deployments.

Out of curiosity, will these 2 new APIs (similar to the skin and dye account APIs you recently released) be released before HoT arrives?
